What to Expect and How to Prepare for Your Attunement.

  • Minimize any stimulants (caffeine, alcohol, etc) intake the morning of your session.
  • The session runs about 45 minutes however could be longer or shorter.
  • We will talk about expectations. I will explain the process and answer any question you have.
  • After the session, we will discuss the outcome, spiritual detoxing, and next steps.
